07/24/2007 ''This note is long over due. Back in late 2005 I was in search of a "stock" (no bells or whistles. I didn't even want AC! I got a ragtop! Who needs AC!) Jeep Wrangler. I could find not one within 100 miles. After stopping by a local competitors shop, and treated like crap (please excuse my french), I stopped by your location and because of the service I received, signed a contract that night. I received a great trade in value on my vehicle and a stock Jeep was ordered for me the next day. Since then Keith Sheffer has periodically called me to ask how things were going. Every time I let him know..... Things are GREAT! I think it's really a nice gesture to check in on things like he does. On every occassion that I've brought my Jeep in for service, the shop manager, the Tech, and your cashiers have been nothing short of outstanding in customer service. 03/17/2008 ''I have a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I have been coming to Jack Giambalvo (in York) for over a year to service my jeep. I have had several problems with my jeep in the past year and every time I have brought my jeep in the staff in the parts department have been outstanding! The three main people I have dealt with are Rocky (manager), Scott (front desk person), and Sammy (mechanic). I just wanted to take the time to thank them and let you know what great customer service and work your staff does.
