Amazing and professional service!
Was visiting the York PA area when my truck started making some odd/unusual noises. I went on line and easily made an appointment for the following day to have it checked. The Giambalvo dealtership diagnosed the problem and gave me several options to repair it. I’ve never been treated so professionally and quickly by a dealership. If you live anywhere near the Giambalvo dealership, know that you can trust them.
I feel that i need to share my experience with Giambalvo CDJR, as a business owner from roughly 2 hours away from home base. I was on the side of I83 with a blown coolant hose on a Monday at 4pm in my service truck. I made a call to Giambalvo where they had the coolant hose and fluids in stock that i needed. Only one problem, i had no way to get them.. I told the parts guy i was 20 mins from them on the side of I83, I asked if there was anyway they could get the parts out ... Had my 2024 RAM 2500 diesel towed in to Stetler RAM for some extended work. My Service Advisor was Bryan Anderson - a very knowledgeable guy who provides top-notch service. He introduced me to their diesel mechanic, Pat - another knowledgeable guy that was happy to share information with me. Best service I ever had from a dealer. Dan Schleig, Dover PA.
This Car dealership did an exceptional job on notifying me from beginning to end while servicing my vehicle. They also have done a wonderful job on my vehicle as well. Thank you so much for making this issue a great one!
Communication was excellent. We were kept informed the entire way. Service advisor Greg B made the visit so simple. Pricing lower than expected. We will definitely return as well as recommend to friends and family. Thank you to the Stetler team. 10/10
