They didn’t send me a survey but I wanted to share my experience. I purchased a 24 wagoneer through Carvana and it came with some issues that this dealer was able to solve in short notice. They also earn extra bonus points for working with silver rock (I know silver rock can be a real pain sometimes). My service handler was Zane and he was excellent on communication & delivery. Most of the staff there were friendly and outgoing. This is a nice dealership.
Great experience, but make sure to give your coupon before you get your car serviced! They won’t take it at cashier pickup!
