Good experience buying the car except I agreed to buy and I had to wait like 2 or 3 hours till they finally told me the didn’t have the title there and that I could take the car but had to come back to finalize the deal.I live 1 hr away so didn’t really care for that part. Got them to lower car alittle because no floor mats. I tried to get floor mats when I went back because I had to run back but they refused my request. I had a wonderful experience with my service advisor Jayme Cabott. He was friendly, professional knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly, keep me updated throughout the service, and make sure all my questions were answered. I really appreciated his honesty and excellent customer service. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their Work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great service experience.
I was able to set up an appointment quickly. The service advisor was courteous and informative. The shuttle service was great.
Routine service visit. The people were very friendly, and the work was done expeditiously.
