Do not use this dealership to purchase or service a vehicle. I purchased a brand new cx90 from them and was told they would only negotiate, if I left a 10 on their Mazda new car survey. So the first shady practice was the bribe. The shady service practice occurred this week. I purchased a brand new cx30 from a different dealership that was not local to my area several months ago. The car has under 9000 miles and started to misfire. I took it to Jack Giambalvo Mazda in York Pa to have it checked out since it is still under the factory warranty. They sent me a video showing some incredibly dirty gas with foreign material in it that would clog fuel injectors at a minimum making any vehicle inoperable. My car was still running it was just misfiring inconsistently. They then informed me that the gas had come out of my car, even though they could not provide video evidence showing the dirty gas being removed from my car. They then told me they rearranged coils on the car that magically fixed the car that allegedly still had grim filled gas in it and that the warranty would not be applied because there was dirty gas in the car. They charged me a $175 diagnostic fee which was oddly the same cost as some “premium” service program that they offered that supposedly provided car washes and other perks. They also notated that they had run my car through the car wash on the receipt, but when that was obvious that it had not occured, they lied and said it had been washed yesterday and when I asked how algae, which was evident on the car, grew on the car overnight they admitted it hadn’t been done at all. This dealership lies to your face and should be investigated for illegal practices. Hopefully enough people will realize this is a corrupt dealership and it will lose enough business to be shut down in the future, because it is not customer oriented at best and seems to engage in questionably legal business practices at worst.

Thank you for the great service I received when my vehicle battery died. My vehicle was towed to the dealership and they squeezed me into their busy schedule and replaced my battery. I was back on the road in a day. Thank you for your kindness in the service department!!! 10 out of 10 rating
