Trustworthy, honest, reasonable
In May had routine milage related svc. @ approx 16.5 K miles Oil chg etc. That info does not zppear in my service histiry. Routine recall items in July and inquiry as to new Tuson. Tyson purchased same weekend.
System check wasn't set back to 0
I literally just moved to the area when my car started having issues. A local mechanic took a look and recommended I bring it to Jack Giambalvo, and I'm really glad they did.
If you need anything done, ask for Jayme Cabott. Jayme and the entire team were absolutely incredible.
Communication was 10/10 from start to finish—I was kept updated every step of the way, everything was explained clearly, and I was never left wondering what was going on. They made what could've been a stressful situation so much easier.

Joe Sprouse was professional and thorough with my inspection on my 2018 Silverado. Would recommend him and your team to folks.
While addressing a thermostat issue the mechanic let me know he found another issue and they fixed it so that was great. The failure to return my calls about possible pick up time was poor. Also the fuse/diagnostic port cover was laying on floor of car and not put back in place. I had to put it back on. That shouldn't be my responsibility
