Anthony in sales and James in financing were marvelous, fun, and a joy to work with. I am 82 years old, have purchased many cars, but they arranged the most pleasant car purchase of my life! Many thanks to both of them. My car is red and can easily be found in a parking lot. The Christmas in July gift came when I learned that it has a remote control start button!!!! This is the second time buying from this dealership. Ed was easy to work with as I needed a car quickly after my vehicle was totaled. He was knowledgeable and worked with me until I received the insurance check. Dylan was also great for the finance part. They offer great deals and I’ve never had any issues with any of the 4 Hyundai vehicles I’ve owned.

But I made my points of view known from the very start, and that I was not in the mood for any funny business or gimmicky tactics, and that request was respected. I was treated kindly and with respect from the salesman to the finance guy. The test drive was very good and not just around a block. The salesman knew the car well and was able to explain all the features; even those I didn’t know to ask about. In the end, I made a modest counter to their offer and we quickly agreed on a fair price for both sides.

Dream car achievement unlocked! Cody and James made the process of buying a new car super quick and easy. I appreciated being kept in the loop while things were getting ready and then wrapped up.

Very friendly and patient staff. Had a vehicle put through the numbers with a bank and was over my budget. Had two more vehicles done that way until we found one I liked and was within budget. They will take care of you.

Fourth car we have purchased from you. I wouldn’t do that if the product, the service and help from the staff would not be the best.

My wife and I were shopping for a used Palisade Limited. I wish I would have just started with JGH first. I always do my due diligence in checking around for the best deal, and getting the best vehicle. We knew our situation would be unique. After shopping around for multiple different dealerships and being told we are "crazy" for thinking we can make this car fit in our budget, we found a Palisade at JBH that fit our needs. Jayme Erb was excellent in communication. We told him our situation and what we were comfortable spending. He worked to get us the best deal that fit our needs/budget. We hit a snag when we agreed upon a price where the vehicle wasn't ready to sell before we left for a vacation. Jayme advocated for us while never promising it could be done. I appreciate transparency and him not blowing smoke. He reached out the minute the vehicle went through inspection and passed and we were there that evening to sign and take delivery. Upon arriving at the dealership there was some defects in the paint due to carrier transport which I brought up to management. The team immediately resolved with an easy - "no problem, bring it back when you are back from your trip, we will give you a loaner and make sure its taken care of by our team". Chris Brown was excellent in this and truly appreciative to him for his support. We quickly went into signing next with Dillon Brinkerhoff. What a great guy! He was crazy busy being the last signing of the night on the last day of the month. He never made us feel like we were an inconvenience and took the time to explain everything throughly and personably and not letting us go without feeling satisfied. Jayme sent us off in our new ride with everything we needed and even checked in after our trip to make sure we were 100 percent satisfied. Of all the vehicles we have purchased, this was by far the smoothest yet. Highly recommend JGH over any other Hyundai Dealership.

Outstanding customer service and salesperson went over and above to make the purchase process easy. Purchased a 2026 GMC Canyon Denali Sterling Silver. Searched several dealers and waited due to truck being in transit and definitely was worth the wait.

I was trying to upgrade my 2024 Santa Cruz. I got Anthony salesperson and he was amazing great customer service. I was also working with another dealer in MD and he went the extra mile and made it happen for me. And when I went to the dealer to sign the paperwork their service is event better. I noticed when I was there everyone was very kind and if you are waiting for your vehicle to do be done with service they have a nice lounge area and I was impressed with how quick my vehicle was done. I will definitely be back.

All associates were very professional and courteous. They offered additional information and options but weren't pushy. Very customer oriented

Over a decade ago, I left a review for the Mazda half of this building when it was still there. The way the Mazda side treated my husband and I made me swear I would never buy from a Jack Giambalvo again. However, my car was on its last legs, and after talking with my family I made the decision to go electric for my new car. And when searching for my new to me car, the car I wanted just so happened to be at Jack Giambalvo Hyundai. I decided to swallow my pride and head over, set to leave if there was an ounce of mistreatment. But there wasn't any. Unlike years before by the Mazda group, I was met by a warm and friendly sales associate, who helped me get the exact car I saw online and wanted. I was able to purchase it that night and come in the next day to finalize the paperwork. It was fast, easy, and a total 180 in treatment. I'm actually happy to recommend Jack Giambalvo Hyundai, and when my mother is ready to purchase her next vehicle, I already know the first stop on the list.

I have waited a long time for this.....to walk into a car dealer and get a new car in less than 3 hours from start to finish. We drove to Jack Giambalvo Hyundai in York from Coatesville because of how well my granddaughter was treated there a year ago. Easy drop off and pickup, fast service

A very simple state inspection ended with no phonebook from my phone in my truck display and all of my former displays were set back at default out of my programmed locations. Never had this problem last year.

I took the wife's Genesis to them for an oil change since I don't have a jack that can get under it. They were fast, efficient and courteous. They texted me a cute video from the technician as he reviewed a multi point inspection of the car. They even washed the exterior which was unexpected and on my honey do list. Very pleased with the service and will go back again.

As a single mom I was nervous about buying a new car on my own. I visited a few different dealerships and ended up going with Jack Giambalvo Hyundai because of their customer service. Jayme was very patient with me and helped me find the perfect car for my situation. I did not feel pressured into anything and I really felt that they wanted my business. I love my new Tucson and highly recommend this dealership!
