Jack Giambalvo Family of Dealerships reserves the right to change the contest/giveaway at any time. One random entry will be selected every Friday (or around that date) during the contest period (4/26 thru 6/7) to win a $50 VISA® gift card. Winner will be contacted by phone and will have to pick up the physical gift card at our location at Jack Giambalvo Buick GMC, 1390 Eden Road York, PA 17402 during the hours given at notification within one week of the phone call. Winners who have not picked up their gift card within that time frame, may forfeit the gift card. Winners will be required to sign a form stating that they have received the gift card and have their picture taken during the time of pickup. Jack Giambalvo Family of Dealerships reserves the right to use this photograph and any submitted during the contest for any future marketing purposes without the right to receive compensation. By entering our giveaway, you are consenting to be added to our email list for future promotions. One entry per person. One winner per household. Entries without a real email address or phone number will be considered null and void. Entries not selected as the winner will carry over week to week. Employees of Jack Giambalvo Family of Dealerships along with their immediate family members are not eligible for this contest.
